Impact is the criminal city on Last Shard. A reclaimed meteor strike has become a hive of scum and villainy among the less upstanding citizens of the Shard. There are no guards in Impact.
Criminals and Murderers spawn in Impact as their default city. A bank, magic shop, and blacksmithy are provided.
