What is a plot?
A plot is a form of block protection that allows a player to claim a section of land, starting at plot size radius 10, and can be expanded to protect more blocks. Plots are sustained by a player depositing funds into it which pays the daily tax. Taxes are determined by the size of the plot (ex: a size 10 plot incurs a tax of 50gp a day, whereas a size 45 plot incurs a tax of 225gp a day).
Plot System Commands
- /plot create (Plot Name) - Using Diamonds and Gold Pieces, a player can create a plot to protect their built structures.
- /plot expand - Expands the size of the plot's protection by 1.
- Note: Expanding a plot's size will cost gp.
- /plot disband - The owner disbands the plot and is given gp based on the plot's value.
- /plot info - Displays valuable information regarding the plot you are currently standing in, such as: the owner of the plot, friends of the plot, co-owners of the plot, the size of the plot, the plot's tax, the plot's value, its sale price, size, funds ( including how many days worth of funding remains), the center's coordinates, the distance from the center (based on your position), its protection status, being public or private, the plot's alignment, and whether or not explosions are allowed on the plot.
- /plot friend (Player Name) - Adds a player as a friend of the plot, allowing them to use buttons and recall on the plot's protected area.
- /plot co-own (Player Name) - Adds a player as a co-owner of the plot, allowing them to have the permissions of a friend, while also being able to break blocks, withdraw funds from the plot, and add/remove friends from the plot.
- /plot test - Simulating an outsider of the plot, the player tests the protection area of the plot, allowing a player to find breaches in a structure. Any blocks broken will ACTUALLY be broken, so be wary of breaking fragile blocks such as glass.
- /plot endtest - Ends the testing of a plot and returns you to being whatever relation you are to the plot (Owner, Co-Owner, Friend, etc...)
- /plot explosion - Enabled explosions on your plot. Entering the command again will disable explosions.
- /plot NPC hire vendor (Vendor Name) - Hires an NPC vendor to stand where you stand as you type the command. See Vendor Commands for a more complete list of commands.
- Ex: /plot NPC hire vendor Nemesis
- /plot NPC hire banker (Banker Name) - Hires an NPC Banker to stand where you stand as you type the command. See Banker Commands for a more complete list of commands.
- Note: To hire a banker your plot must have Town status. Town status is a plot upgrade found in the /plot upgrade list.
- /plot npc list - Displays a list of all NPC's within the plot.
- /plot npc move (NPC Name) - Moves an NPC from one location to another.
- /plot npc fire (NPC Name) - Removes an NPC from the plot.
Plot Upgrades
Plot upgrades alter a plot to grant special privileges. The command is /plot upgrade (Type of upgrade) with the upgrades being:
- /plot upgrade autokick - When a player who has no relation to the plot (Owner, Co-Owner, Friend) logs out within the plot's boundary, they will be moved to a location outside the plot. Costs 10,000 gp.
- /plot upgrade dungeon - Allows hostile mobs to spawn within the plot boundary, making it ideal for plots with monster spawners on them. Costs 20,000 gp.
- /plot upgrade town - Allows players to set their spawn to beds within the plot as well as hire and use a banker NPC. Costs 100,000 gp.
Plot Vendors/Vendor Commands
Plot vendors are NPC's that will sell items you give them, to other players, with the gold coins earned going towards the plot fund. The Vendor commands are as follows:
- /vendor list - Shows the listed items a vendor is selling, as well as how much stock is left and the price.
- /vendor add [VEND] (Vendor Name) - Adds an item to their listing, to be sold, and a price will be set by the player.
- Ex: /vendor add [VEND] Nemesis <Press Enter> "How much for WHEAT_SEEDS?" <Player enters 1, and the price for Wheat Seeds is 1 gold coin>.
Plot Banker/Banker Commands
Plot Bankers are NPCs that allow players to store items in an inventory, equivalent to a single chest, as well as converting gold ingots to gold coins.
- /bank - Accesses the player's server-wide bank.
- /tradegold (Amount of ingots on person) - Converts a number of gold ingots to gold coins at an exchange rate of 1:100 (ingots: coins).
