Commands

- Smelts iron, gold, or diamond equipment into 1-3 ingots, probably
- Don't know if durability is taken into account, but it ought to be
  - Yield:
    - Shovel: 1 ingot
    - Pickaxe: Who knows? Probably 2?
    - Axe: Guessing the same as pickaxe
    - Sword: Maybe just 1, I don't know, I'm at work and can't check right now
    - Helmet: Dunno
    - Chestplate: 3 would be absolute minimum, IMO
    - Leggings: Same here ^
    - Boots: 1 or 2, I guess?
